Once an order is placed with SAHARA, including the selected price, delivery address, and style at checkout, it is considered final. Changes to any part of the order, including price, address, or style, cannot be made once the order has been confirmed. This ensures that we can fulfill our delivery timelines and provide a smooth processing experience. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase to ensure everything is accurate.

For orders placed before 12pm AEST, we endeavour to send your order the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be processed the next business day. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.

All SAHARA orders are hand-picked and packed with love from our distribution centre in Sydney or Canberra, Australia. We endeavour to do our very best, however, we cannot guarantee overnight delivery. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier.

Duties/taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country your order is being delivered to. SAHARA will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments.

If you refuse a shipment from SAHARA, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.

Afterpay is available for Australian, New Zealand and UK customer orders and is similar to lay-by, however, instead of waiting for your purchase, it's sent immediately! Afterpay’s instalment plan means you can pay off your purchase in four equal instalments due every fortnight.

First-time Afterpay customers provide payment details as per usual, whilst returning customers can just log-in to make a new purchase. To use Afterpay, select the Afterpay option at checkout. After checkout, your order will be shipped to you as per our standard despatch timing.

At any time, you can log-in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and pre-pay a payment before the due date. If no pre-payments are made, Afterpay will automatically deduct the payments from your debit or credit card every fortnight on the payment date.
