Returns
At Sahara, we want you to love every piece you own. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process smooth and simple.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unworn condition, with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings, hair accessories, or intimates.
Condition & Inspection
All returned garments are carefully inspected upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that:
- Show signs of wear, including marks, pulls, or stretched fabric.
- Have been washed or altered in any way.
- Carry any scent of body odour, perfume, deodorant, or other strong fragrances.
This ensures that every Sahara piece remains pristine for the next customer.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for alternative sizes or colours, subject to availability. To secure your preferred replacement, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of arrival at our warehouse. Please note that any shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Return
Email our customer care team with your order number and return request.
We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.
Send your parcel using a trackable shipping method — we recommend keeping your tracking number until your return has been processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Within Australia: AU$10 flat-rate return label can be provided and deducted from your refund, or you may arrange your own postage.
International: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
